For the chapters that rearrange you.
Steady support through fertility, pregnancy, and birth.
Support that meets you where you are.
I support individuals and families navigating IVF, infertility, high-risk pregnancy, and birth. Whether you are beginning treatment, facing difficult decisions, preparing for a high-risk delivery, or planning your birth — you deserve steady, informed support.
This work is not one-size-fits-all.
It is presence. Advocacy. Preparation.
It is someone steady beside you when everything feels uncertain..
You don’t have to carry this alone.
Fertility treatment can be isolating.
High-risk pregnancy can feel overwhelming.
Birth can be powerful, unpredictable, and deeply vulnerable.
You deserve to feel seen in all of it — not minimized, not dismissed, not rushed through.
You deserve someone steady beside you.
How I Support You
Fertility & IVF Support
In-person support through treatment cycles, decision-making, and the emotional weight of IVF and infertility. A steady presence for appointments, preparation, and the in-between moments that often feel the heaviest.
High Risk-Pregnancy Support
Grounded, informed support as you navigate complex medical conversations and shifting plans. Advocacy, preparation, and someone physically beside you when uncertainty rises.
Birth Support
Continuous in-person labor support, thoughtful preparation sessions, and steady advocacy in your birth space. Presence that does not waver when the room changes.
About Maria
I’m Maria — a doula supporting individuals and families navigating IVF, infertility, high-risk pregnancy, and birth here in the Hill Country.
I came to this work through my own lived experience with IVF and high-risk pregnancy. I know the weight of medical conversations. I know the waiting, the uncertainty, and the way complicated care can feel clinical and overwhelming. I know how vulnerable birth truly is.
That experience shapes how I show up.
My work is steady. Informed. Present.
I believe support should be calm, grounded, and physically beside you — not rushed, not dismissive, not one-size-fits-all. Whether you are beginning treatment, preparing for a high-risk delivery, or planning your birth, you deserve advocacy and presence that does not waver.
This is work I hold with care — and with deep respect for how much it can change you.
Let’s See if it feels right
The first consultation is complimentary — a chance to talk through what you’re navigating and what in-person support would look like.
You’ll have space to ask questions and share concerns.
No obligation. Just a place to begin.
